Established in 1990, Vertitech (M) Sdn Bhd has built up a well-established reputation for its specialised area of expertise and focus toward the preservation of built assets. Its client list range from private owners, government, developers to multinational companies, with a scope of work that range from small built structures, buildings, to key infrastructure like airports, light rail transit lines, bridges and more. 

Vertitech is also affiliated with its international counterparts, located in Australia (Vertitech Pty Ltd) and the Republic of Czech (Vertitech Systems Spol.sr.o). Its local affiliated companies include Vertitech Appraisal (M) Sdn Bhd and PQM Sdn Bhd.

Ir. Ts. Choo is a civil engineer and Managing Director of Vertitech (M) Sdn Bhd. He has been active in civil societies for more then 30 years, having served as the President of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) and Technological Association of Malaysian (TAM), and the Secretary-General of the ASEAN Academy of Engineering and Technology (AAET) and ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organisations (AFEO). 

He is presently the Chief Executive Officer of Malaysian Service Providers Confederation (MSPC), Founding Fellow and Secretary General of the Academy of Engineering and Technology for the Developing World (AETDEW) and Senior Fellow and Vice President of the ASEAN Academy of Engineering and Technology (AAET).

He is a Member of National Productivity Council, alternate Member of Malaysian Standards and Accredition Council, and the country’s champion for Professional Services, Productivity Nexus (PSPN).
